Professional Home Buyers is a real estate investment company that purchases properties directly from homeowners. We provide a service that allows homeowners to sell their properties quickly for cash without the traditional real estate process.

No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our business (purchasing real estate), we do not have a returns policy. Once a property sale is completed and closed, the transaction is final. All sales are conducted through proper legal channels with title companies and attorneys to ensure both parties are protected.

Our Commitment

Before any property transaction, we ensure that:

• All terms are clearly explained to the seller
• Sellers have adequate time to review all documents
• Sellers are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel
• No pressure tactics are used in any negotiations
• All offers are presented in writing with no hidden fees

Cancellation Policy

Prior to closing, sellers may cancel the contract according to the terms specified in the purchase agreement. Once the transaction has closed and funds have been disbursed, the sale is final and cannot be reversed.
